Rep. Paul Ryan: Governor Mitt Romney “cares about 100 percent of Americans in this country.”

When it comes to women’s rights, LGBT equality, and educational opportunity for immigrants... that's malarkey. 

The Constitution and our civil rights and liberties are for the 100%.
