Voter Disenfranchisement Arithmetic

A new report released today estimates that 10 million Latino voters will be disenfranchised during this election because of purges, new restrictive laws in 23 states and voter intimidation.  
 
Think about this: the number of eligible Latino citizens affected exceeds the margin of victory in the 2008 presidential election.
